UC Davis (Client) has an Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) system. The OIG system processes users across the entire Client user base, which consists of roughly eighty-five thousand (85K) users. OIG interfaces directly to the Person Record database to process records for all Client users. This includes a trusted reconciliation interface to a consolidated view, and possibly additional integrations to the individual tables that make up the database.
Role definitions for all health system users and at least high level roles for campus users. Role assignment rules to process all users from campus and health system. These roles are used to provision users to downstream resources as they are added to the system. Health system roles provision users to Active Directory (AD) and assign applicable attributes and group memberships.
